Occupational Health

Global Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) is highly related to the drive of economic globalization. The gap between developed and underdeveloped countries increases as the global market grows, which generates many issues related to OH&S services in developing countries, such as occupational diseases, poor working conditions, and injuries. Although the economic gap and lack of resources are the main reasons for such problems, other issues in developing counties had contributed to the low status of OH&S services, including untrained workers, informal and illegal labor, lack of law enforcements, and the poor conditions of construction, and agricultural sectors.
