By accessing and using our platform and enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Course Enrollment: When you enroll in a course on our platform, you agree to pay the specified course fee and abide by the terms outlined in the course description and outline.
Payment: Course fees are payable in full at the time of enrollment, unless otherwise specified. All payment methods accepted on our platform are processed securely. You can find available payment options on the course page when you purchase the course.
Access and Use: Upon successful enrollment, you will be granted access to the course materials for the duration specified in the course description. You agree to use the course materials solely for your personal or professional development and not to distribute or share them without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property: All course materials, including videos, lectures, quizzes, SCORM Packages, tests, and assignments, are the property of IAPH or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any course materials without prior written consent. For the avoidance of doubt, you are not authorized to:
- Copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission.
- Record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course or Taught Course given.
- Use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third-party trainer.
- Remove any copyright or other notice of IAPH on the Course Materials.
- Modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Online Courses.
User Accounts: To enroll in courses, and access course materials, you may be required to create a user account on our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
Code of Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner while participating in our courses and interacting with instructors and other participants. Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or in violation of our community guidelines may result in immediate termination of your access to the course without refund.
Disclaimer of Warranties: While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality course materials, we make no warranties or representations regarding the content, completeness, or accuracy of the courses offered on our platform. We disclaim any liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the course materials.
Limitation of Liability: IAPH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform or participation in our courses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
"To avoid any doubt: IAPH shall not be liable for the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the information and data contained within the training materials, even if it is the owner of the intellectual property rights to such materials.".
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law: The user acknowledges that the laws governing the relationship between them and IAPH, and between them and any users of the platform, organizers of the courses, or participants therein, and all related transactions, shall exclusively be the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. This shall extend to all matters of interpreting of these terms and conditions, disputes related thereto, claims for compensation, or financial claims. Furthermore, the Jordanian courts, specifically the Amman Court of First Instance (Palace of Justice), shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes related to any of the foregoing.
